Lanzado en el 2004 bajo el sello Elecktra / Wea, The best of Keith Sweat, como su nombre lo dice reúne algunos de los mejores temas que comprenden el periodo entre el 1987 y 2000 de este talentoso artista.

Este disco nos lleva entonces por el sonido mas clásico de finales de los 80s y principios de los 90s y por supuesto por los mediados de los 90s y finales de estos, donde se puede encontrar un sonido mas alejado del New Jack Swing (de la primera etapa) y nos encontramos con un Slow Jam mas sofisticado. Esto es lo interesante de este disco, es que se puede apreciar la evolución de la carrera de un gran artista que sin embargo nunca pierde la esencia y estilo (al menos durante este periodo)

Creo que los temas están bien elegidos, aunque creo que sobran un par y faltaron otros, pero en conclusión, es un gran compilado que permite entonces, repasar sus grandes clásicos, o bien acercarse a la música de Keith Sweat
